Used Caravan Sales Manager at West Coast Caravans & Consignment, a leading provider of quality pre-owned caravans in the Maddington, WA area. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the sales of our extensive range of high-quality used caravans, ensuring we deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the sales process for pre-owned caravans, from initial customer inquiries to finalising purchase agreements
  2. Proactively source and acquire high-quality used caravans to expand our inventory
  3. Price and negotiate sales of used caravans to achieve targeted profit margins
  4. Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on the selection, features, and benefits of our used caravans
  5. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive used caravan sales
  6. Manage a team, providing coaching, mentoring, and leadership to ensure exceptional customer service
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, policies, and procedures
  8. Upload advertisements to marketing portals

What We're Looking For

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role within the caravanning or automotive industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully leading a sales team and achieving sales targets
  3. Excellent customer service and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide knowledgeable and tailored advice
  4. Strong understanding of the caravanning industry, including market trends, pricing, and customer preferences
  5. Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software
  6. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  7. A passion for the caravanning lifestyle and a desire to share your enthusiasm with customers
