Bartercard has supported business owners for over 30 years. As a Business to Business trade exchange, it provides a new sales channel to convert unutilised trading capacity into business opportunities with new customers. Its digital currency (trade dollars) is exchanged between members to pay for goods and services instead of paying cash.
About the role:
Our Business Developers are responsible for the following:
- Growing the number of businesses in the wider Bartercard membership Community
- Building solid business relationships with clients, for ongoing business referrals
- After a new member has come on board, an Account Manager will take over the ongoing service by growing the revenue the clients generate, educating them on how to trade within Bartercard and connecting them with other businesses for trading
- Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
This role would suit a motivated, driven individual with strong communication skills and the ability to think creatively who is keen to start their sales career with a well established Company.
You will be provided full training to build a foundation of skills to propel your career.
