JobdescriptionFor our client, an international company based in  Baden, we are looking for a Corporate Procurement Specialist / Global SCM Specialist (m/f/d).General Information: Start: 24.11.2025Duration: Initial contract of 4 months with extension option based on performanceWorkplace:  BadenWorkload: 80–100%Remote/Home Office: Hybrid – mainly remote, with presence in the Zurich office (Zurich-Oerlikon HQ) 1–2 times per week depending on stakeholder needsTasks & Responsibilities: Support the development and ensure communication and implementation of Corporate Procurement strategiesContribute to the improvement of procurement areas such as Indirect Materials & Services, Risk Management, and Supply Base ManagementEnsure execution, maintenance, and compliance of assigned procurement activities and initiativesCollaborate in the development and implementation of global procurement strategies related to Indirect Materials & Services, Risk Management, Supplier Management, Quality, and SustainabilityLead eRfX events for Professional Services, specifically Consulting, Financial, and Legal Services, as well as other Indirect Services CategoriesManage and interact with senior stakeholders across the organizationExecute the implementation of Procurement Strategies in close collaboration with relevant category teams and business stakeholdersReport directly to the Co-Head of Corporate ProcurementQualifications: Completed commercial apprenticeship or higher education in a relevant fieldProven, strong background in Indirect ProcurementSeveral years of professional experience in procurement or supply chain managementOpen to mid-level, senior, and junior professionals with a strong attitude and motivationStrong interest and understanding of corporate procurement practicesGood communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid, cross-functional setupHigh level of motivation, initiative, and collaborative mindsetFluency in English is required; German is a strong advantage, but not mandatory
