Reporting to the SCO Manager Nordis, the SCM Specialist is responsible to monitor and ensure continuous and timely supply to internal and external customers including monitoring 3PL activities and coordination of related order managment. The SCM Specialist maintains and builds relationships with the 3PL, assigned customers, with the relevant supply sites, Demand Fulfilment Team, Global Logistics, Finance and Quality. The SCM Specialist acts as primary contact for the 3PL; manages their inventory and deliveries and supports new product introductions. This is all done with the objective to reach maximum customer satisfaction, at consummate cost, ensuring optimal supply chain performance in compliance with established guidelines and procedures.

SUPPLY:

- Local representative from D&L in the Tier process
- Identifying and help resolving (potential) supply issues.
- Following up and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Highlight, report and escalate any delays that potentially could lead to an out of stock stitution in the market.
- Informing customers on significant supply events and developments in the supply chain.

INVENTORY:

- Monitoring inventory levels at 3PL
- Local inventory reconciliation
- Taking pro-active actions to avoid Inventory of Questionable Value (IQV) and discards
- In case of IQV and discards, take appropriate steps according to (financial) guidelines
- Ensure compliance with GDP and internal regulations & procedures
- Reviewing and taking action on claims for further processing

COMMUNICATION:

- Participating and contributing in operational meetings with the assigned customers.
- Ensuring efficient and effective communication to internal and external customers and process stakeholders

REPORTING:

- Generating, analyzing reports, metrics and KPI’s regarding demand, supply, master data and inventory
- Any relevant reporting required to Government or associated agencies
