To strengthen our motivated Talent Attraction Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate **Talent Attraction Specialist (M/F/d) **as a maternity leave replacement **.**

**Your Role**:

- You find talents for our diverse profiles of leaders and specialists within a successful team
- You support our hiring managers in recruiting processes and advise on search strategies
- You contribute with your ideas and active participation in our employer branding initiatives
- You are not afraid of KPIs and you are looking forward to use our new cutting-edge recruiting system

**Your Profile**:

- You understand recruiting as a human-to-human process and professional, personal service
- You have first experience in recruiting, like to work in an international environment and you can manage different stakeholders in Englisch and German (C-Level)
- You like to have fun, experiment with agile methods and you are also up for an after work cocktail once in a while

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 42,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
