To strenghten our dedicated Group Talent Attraction and Talent Management team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a reliable colleague for group-wide employer branding and international hirings.

**Your Role**:

- You are responsible for the group-wide employer branding strategy
- The planning and implementation of employer branding campaigns and activities is one of your passions
- You independently manage international hirings and find talents for our diverse profiles of managers and specialists
- You want to be part of the global implementation of our AI-based recruiting system and are motivated to keep our recruiting system at the forefront of technology

**Your Profile**:

- You have 5 years of relevant professional experience e.g. in an international company
- You have already gained project experience and have sound knowledge of HR processes and IT affinity
- Fluent communication in German and English (C-Level) is a matter of course for you
- You like to have fun, experiment with agile methods and you are also up for an after work cocktail with your team: Eva, Martina, Christina, Alexandra
