To strengthen our motivated Group Talent Attraction & Talent Management Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate **Group HR Development & Employer Branding Specialist **(M/F/d) **.

**Your Role**:

- You are responsible for our group-wide Employer Branding initiatives
- You design and implement learning journeys and people development projects
- You conduct L&D specific initiatives and you have an interest in the further development of our learning organization
- You conceptualize, implement and facilitate group-wide onboarding programs
- You provide support across various functions within our Group Talent Attraction & Talent Management team which consists of Eva, Rachael & Nathalie

**Your Profile**:

- You have several years of relevant professional experience in People Development, Talent Attraction & Talent Management field, ideally in an international environment
- You are committed to continously develop your field of activity
- Your organizational talent, your hands-on mentality and your structured way of working characterize you
- You are a team player with a high degree of self-organization and service orientation
- As a communication talent, you are fluent in written and spoken German and English (C-Level)

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 60,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
