To strengthen our motivated Learning & Development team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate **Group Learning & Development Specialist (M/F/d)**.

**Your Role**:

- Together with your team, you manage the support and ongoing development of our global learning offerings in the MM-Academy
- You independently implement personnel development initiatives and projects and you are interested in the further development of our organization
- You organize team-building trainings on-site or online and take care of location and hotel bookings
- Depending on your interests, you have the opportunity to work on further development topics, employer branding, or other HR areas
- You support in the conception and implementation of learning journeys and innovative training and development offerings

**Your Profile**:

- You have initial professional experience in HR, marketing, hospitality/event management or you have already completed a degree in a related field
- You are committed to continuously developing your area of responsibility and bring a high degree of self-organization and service orientation
- Your organizational talent, hands-on mentality, and structured way of working distinguish you
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
- As a communication talent, you master German and English in spoken and written form (C-level)

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 40,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
