Department Description:

The Group Retail Transformation department at Erste Group focuses on developing and transforming the group-wide retail business. This involves designing and implementing a future-oriented retail business model with a strong emphasis on innovation, digitalization, while consistently delivering an outstanding customer experience and ensuring business profitability.

Your Tasks:
  • Support data analysis and reporting for retail transformation initiatives across multiple markets.
  • Assist in preparing dashboards and visualizations to monitor KPIs and project progress.
  • Contribute to data quality checks and documentation for group-wide retail projects.
  • Research and compile insights on customer behavior and digital trends to support decision-making.
Your Background:
  • Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of SQL or BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
  • Interest in retail banking, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Good communication skills in English (German is an advantage) and ability to work in an international team.
