Your contributions to our journey:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies
to attract and hire top product and tech talent. - Manage the full recruitment cycle
, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
and develop job descriptions. - Utilize various recruiting platforms
and networks to source candidates. - Conduct candidate screenings and interviews
to assess qualifications and fit. - Provide an exceptional candidate experience
throughout the hiring process. - Maintain recruitment data and reports,
ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. - Build and enhance our employer brand

What you need to be successful:
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
, with a focus on roles in product and tech teams. - Proven track record of hiring
in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices
and tools. - Excellent communication skills in English
, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently
and manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency with recruitment software
and applicant tracking systems. - Strong interpersonal skills
and the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members.
