Dann sind Sie bei uns richtig Werden Sie Teil unseres HR-Teams und bringen Sie unser Recruiting auf das nächste Level.

Das wartet auf Sie:

  • Eigenständige operative Durchführung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses (inkl. Active Sourcing).
  • Sicherstellung einer wertschätzenden und erfolgreichen Candidate-Experience.
  • Führen von Vorstellungsgesprächen (virtuell über MS Teams und persönlich vor Ort).
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Beratung der internen Hiring Manager.
  • Teilnahme an Recruiting-Events und Aufbau eines positiven Employer Brandings.
  • Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten rund um den Recruiting-Prozess.
  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender sowie Implementierung neuer Strategien und Prozesse im Recruiting.
  • Identifikation geeigneter Recruiting-Kanäle und zielgruppenspezifischer Maßnahmen.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Fundierte Erfahrung im End-to-End-Recruiting und Active Sourcing.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Erfahrung in der Nutzung von Sourcing-Strategien, ATS-Systemen (z. B. Recruitee) und datenbasiertem Recruiting.
  • Starke Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder-Management sowie im Aufbau von vertrauensvollen Beziehungen über Teams hinweg.
  • Eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte Denkweise und Leidenschaft für eine herausragende Candidate-Experience.

Aus rechtlichen Gründen möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass das Mindestgehalt für diese Position EUR brutto pro Jahr beträgt. Eine deutliche Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich.
