Als B2B „Software-as-a-Service“-Unternehmen richten wir uns vorrangig an Unternehmen mit eigener Finanzabteilung und Steuerberatungen in Deutschland und Österreich. Finmatics hilft diesen bei der Digitalisierung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse, um fit für die hochautomatisierte Zukunft im Finanzwesen zu werden. Aufgaben
- In Zusammenarbeit mit unserem HR Team bist du verantwortlich für den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess von der Personalanforderung bis zur Einstellung neuer Mitarbeiter: innen.
- Du entwickelst Sourcing-Strategien und trägst dazu bei, mittels Sourcing-Tools und Sozialer Medien Finmatics als attraktiven Arbeitgeber zu positionieren.
- Du hilfst uns dabei, mit Hilfe von Active Sourcing qualifizierte Bewerber: innen zu identifizieren und zu motivieren, Teil unseres Teams zu werden.
- Du stehst unseren Führungskräften beratend zur Seite und agierst als Expert: in, wenn es um die Besetzung herausfordernder Stellen geht.
- Du unterstützt dein Team bei der Organisation von Recruiting-Veranstaltungen und nimmst an Recruiting-Events und Karrieremessen teil.

Qualifikation
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Recruiting mit - vorzugsweise im Fin Tech Bereich oder bei einer Personalberatung.
- Du kennst dich gut mit Sozialen Medien und Sourcing-Tools aus und bringst eine Leidenschaft für die tägliche Interaktion mit Menschen mit.
- Du setzt deine kommunikativen Stärken gekonnt ein, um Talente für Finmatics zu begeistern
- Du bringst Begeisterung und Offenheit für neue Recruiting Trends mit und freust dich darauf, eigene Ideen einzubringen und voranzutreiben.
- Du arbeitest gerne organisiert und strukturiert und konntest bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit digitalen HR-Tools sammeln.
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und deine Aufgeschlossenheit, Empathie und Positivität zeichnen dich aus.
