What are we looking for?

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, some of your key responsibilities will be to:
- Conducting workforce planning meetings to accurately forecast resourcing needs, ensuring optimal staffing levels.-
- Creating innovative recruitment strategies that reflect both role requirements and current market conditions, attracting top-tier talent.- Engaging in events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and strengthen Otis's presence in the talent market.-
- Collaborating closely with the HR team to integrate and streamline talent acquisition efforts.- Identifying and implementing process improvements across Talent Acquisition operations to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, either within an agency or in-house setting, particularly in a corporate environment.- Proficiency in German, English, and Polish.-
- Passion for Talent Acquisition and a commitment to delivering best-in-class service.- Effective communication skills and the ability to grasp commercial concepts and complex procedures.
