As BU TA Manager, you will lead this evolution within your Business Unit, shaping and implementing a forward-looking strategy, building trusted partnerships with senior leaders, and empowering your team to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. Your leadership will ensure that talent becomes a true driver of growth, with stronger alignment to business needs, consistent execution, and a lasting step-change in how we hire.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Act as a trusted partner: Work with BU leadership to translate workforce planning into hiring priorities, providing insights and guidance that strengthen business decisions.
- Lead and grow your team: Manage and develop TA Partners and Senior TA Partners, ensuring clear roles, strong engagement, and continuous capability building.
- Deliver high impact hiring: Personally lead mission critical recruitment projects within the BU, ensuring consistent use of proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and structured behavioral assessments.
- Strengthen how we hire: Partner with business and People & Culture leadership to build leaders capability in planning interviewing, talent scouting, and ambassadorship.
- Ensure compliance and excellence: Drive process adherence and documentation in Avature, lead hiring audits, and ensure compliance with policy, governance, and local legal requirements.
- Support and implement group TA initiatives: Participate and contribute to group TA projects, drive adoption of digitalization, capability, DEI, and other transformation programs within your BU.
- Maximize resources: Manage BU recruiting budgets and vendors, ensuring effective allocation of costs and resources.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, including team leadership
- Track record of hiring for leadership or high impact roles in FMCG or similar multinational environment.
- Proficiency with advanced ATS & CRM solutions and sourcing tools.

If you meet the above requirements, you can expect an attractive and market-based salary, with the minimum of EUR 65,000 gross/year (based on an all-in full-time position / 38.5 hours per week), whereby we are open to overpayment in the case of corresponding qualifications and experience.
