Your mission
- As an individual contributor, taking end-to-end responsibility for Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- As a Business Process Owner (BPO), driving the Group Recruiting module implementation in Success Factors
- Acting as a knowledge center for recruitment methods and channels to attract in alignment with the Employer Branding team and retain top talents on global level - provide inputs and support local implementation
- Designing, planing and executing Employer Branding activities in alignment with the Employer Branding team in order to attract defined talent groups
- Providing and tracking Group Talent Acquisition KPIs and reporting
- Supporting Group Talent Management process and internal Talent pipeline strategy - further actions to promote filling up the talent pipeline e.g. Talent placements
- Collaborating with other Group HR teams and individuals, offering consultancy and assistance in Talent Acquisitions topics

**Profile**:

- Strategic mind set with a thorough understanding of business drivers and Talent Acquisition and Advancement trends, as well as strong end-to-end process thinking and experience of managing change projects
- Ability to network with and influence senior Business and HR leaders globally; exceptional communication skills, strong customer service orientation with proven consulting and influencing skills
- Good team player, self-driven, resilient, energetic, enthusiastic and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs
- Brings along a high degree of independent stakeholder management (internal & external), excellent intercultural communication skills/sensitivity to geographical difference in talent acquisition
- Ability to think outside the box and always delivering pragmatic solutions to daily challenges faced by stakeholders. Can-do mentality
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, additional languages are an advantage

**Offer**:

- Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability
- Location: Group office Vienna - Austria (EU - Schengen Area)
- Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
- We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 50,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
