**Senior Talent Acquisition Manager*in**:
**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:

- Verantwortung für den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess, von der Bedarfsanalyse bis zur Einstellung
- Aufbau und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse im gesamten Employee Lifecycle
- Strategisches Active Sourcing, um hochqualifizierte Talente zu identifizieren und proaktiv anzusprechen
- Betreuung von Employer Branding-Initiativen zur Stärkung des Arbeitgeberimages
- Initiierung und Steuerung von Projekten im Bereich HR
- Fachliche Führung von Mitarbeitenden im Team sowie Coaching von Führungskräften während des Recruiting-Prozesses

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Talent Acquisition sowie nachweisbare Erfolge im Active Sourcing
- Branchenerfahrung im Bankwesen von Vorteil
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von MS Office-Programmen und gängigen Recruiting-Tools
- Übernahme von Verantwortung, selbstständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten sowie einen Blick für das große Ganze
- Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen, ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten, hohe Motivation und Leistungsorientierung
