As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you take full ownership of the recruitment process, working alongside hiring managers to find the perfect fit.

**YOUR DAY-TO-DAY TASKS WILL INVOLVE**:

- Conducting, managing, and optimizing applicant management processes
- Building and maintaining a talent pool for key positions
- Developing and driving local employer branding initiatives
- Collaborating on exciting People & Culture projects
- Acting as the go-to person for both internal and external stakeholders

- We’re eager to meet you if you’ve built a solid background in Human Resources, especially with a passion for recruitment. Familiar with SAP SuccessFactors? That’s a fantastic plus Experience in the chemical industry and working in international settings? Another bonus
