- Your responsibilities and tasks:

- CRM Country Lead CEE und damit zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen globaler und lokaler CRM-Organisation
- „CRM Master User/data steward“ zur Unterstützung der existierenden data stewards
- Account Management
- Datenanalyse und Datenpflege
- Erstellung von Reports
- Unterstützung bei der Steuerung von CRM- und Vertriebsaktivitäten
- Marktanalyse
- Identifikation von Verbesserungspotential
- Projektmitarbeit und Rollout neuer Funktionalitäten

Your profile and qualifications:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Marketing/ Digital Sales/ E-Commerce oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und hohe analytische Kompetenzen
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch von Vorteil
