We are looking for a new colleague for our HR team CEE & Hub who is as passionate about sustainability and HSE as we are. In this highly operational role, you will be the first point of contact for Corporate and our six CEE countries.

Your Tasks

Management of the B Corp certification (every 3 years plus B Impact Assessment annual update), GRI reporting (annually) and HSE reporting (annually) for our six CEE affiliates and the Chiesi Pharmaceuticals GmbH in Austria
Coordination and management of the Impact Profile tool and responsibility for related improvement actions/plans
Collection, check and organisation of Non-Financial data for sustainability. Act as a reference point for all CEE & Hub and corporate colleagues involved in the data collection (e.g. emissions, water, waste)
Promotion, coordination and evaluation of corporate and local people engagement and community development activities/ projects on the topics of sustainability in alignment with HQ guidelines
Act as main point of contact for Global SV&S team and ensure relevant information are spread locally across the relevant departments, so that SV&S local plans are executed according to the specific areas of responsibilities
Act as spokesperson on SV&S topics on the local market
Contribution to local news and communication initiatives related to sustainability topics

**Responsibility for HSE agenda of the Vienna site**: conduction of Audits and contact person for local authorities and corporate departments
Your Profile

Preferably academic background in sustainability, economics, environmental engineering, communication or similar. Alternatively, relevant experience in the sustainability field
Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects involving stakeholders of different levels. This position is also open to more junior profiles given strong interest and first working experience in mentioned topics
Solid understanding of sustainability topics and shared value concept
Pro-active and pragmatic approach paired with a high affinity for numbers and data (reporting)
Strong influencing skills, to connect and work with a broad latitude of stakeholders across and outside the organization
Ability to understand and integrate the needs of relevant stakeholders into the definition of innovative solutions/ approaches, leveraging the contribution of cross-functional and diverse teams
Open attitude, marked listening skills, ability to generate value for all stakeholders, fast learner and excellent team-player
Strong interest to deepen and be constantly updated about ESG topics
Proficiency in both English and German language is required
