Purpose of the role

**Your responsibilities**
- Provide coaching and training sessions to P&C Business Partners and hiring managers to enhance their understanding of effective recruitment strategies, interviewing techniques, and making fair and unbiased hiring decisions.
- Train P&C Business Partners in direct sourcing skills and help them to build talent pipelines.
- Ensure a clear, consistent and inclusive hiring process across all countries for example by creating unified job ads, standardized interview questions and recruiting guides.
- Manage the recruitment process from A to Z for key positions.
- Analyse recruitment metrics and data to provide insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Increase the visibility and attractiveness of C&A as an employer in the CEE market; build a strong network of local partners, schools and universities to expand the talent pipeline.
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and other initiatives in our market and across Europe.

**What you bring**
- At least four years of recruitment experience, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting. Corporate recruiting experience in an international organisation or across countries is a must for this role.
- Excellent active sourcing skills and experience with confidential and executive searches.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Fluency in business English.

This role may involve occasional travel to the different countries in the CEE market and our European HUB in Düsseldorf.
