Sportradar has entered an era of exciting business growth and, as such, we are hiring a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner who will define and execute against our hiring plans and expansion of our Corporate Services functions.

Our Talent Acquisition team is a fun, global and diverse multilingual group of recruiters who are passionate about attracting and hiring the right people for a fast-growing global business.

THE CHALLENGE:

- Become the trusted TA Partner for our Corporate Services group (split among multiple locations)
- Responsible for nurturing the relationship & engagement with senior leadership & local leadership
- Hands on delivery-focused hiring across all head office functions, such as finance, marketing, sales, legal and HR.
- Take ownership of the full life-cycle hiring process
- Localized process implementation and team training
- Building a data driven approach to recruiting and aligning this globally
- Support Employer Branding initiatives

YOUR PROFILE:

- Previous experience working within a Talent Acquisition function owning full-life cycle recruitment at various levels across different verticals
- Fluency in English, German language skills would be a huge plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and most importantly positive attitude and high energy
- Culturally sensitive and aware-we're proudly multinational and our strength comes from the ability to leverage this diversity
- Experience building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships and consulting senior management
- Experience of working in a high volume, fast paced environment across multiple time zones
