**Job Summary**:
Avantor is looking for a dedicated and passionate, German-speaking Talent Acquisition Partner to optimize our Talent Acquisition team by researching, engaging, and providing us with the talent we need to set science in motion to create a better world.

This role will be a full-time position based in any European country nearby one of our offices.

**The team**

Avantor's Talent Acquisition team is an amazing team of 13 Talent Acquisition professionals across Europe. The team supports the growth of the company’s workforce.

**What we're looking for?**
- A passionate and creative recruiter with a desire to support a team create a best in class talent function
- ** Language requirements**: Fluent in German and English, any other European languages will be an advantage
- ** Experience**:

- Experience in recruitment or Talent acquisition - agency or in
- house. Workday knowledge is desirable
- ** Collaboration Tool**: Microsoft Teams experience is a plus
- ** Other required IT skills**: Confident working with data and excel
