**About the position**

We are looking for a passionate, well-rounded and data-driven **HR Business Partner for the DACH region**. You will act as a People Partner to all our managers & teams (around 150 people), in our DACHIT cluster: Germany, Austria, Switzerland and our Business in Italy.

You will report directly into the Head of People for DACH and be part of a local team of 4 with the support of a global team of people specialists. You will engage on topics such as Employee Experience & Engagement, Rewards & Analytics, and People & Career Development.

As a bonus you facilitate learning and leadership development sessions for our manager, and you support Global Talent and learning initiatives and implement them in the DACH Markets.

**So what does it take to be successful in this role?**

You have worked as an HRBP and/or HR Generalist in a dynamic environment for 3+ years and have collected some experience in HR areas such as performance management, personal development, Learning& development & talent management and rewards.

You have a proven track record of managing stakeholders and acting as a sparring partner to managers. If you have experience with works councils, this will be a plus

Good knowledge of German Labor Law & German salary structures is a must. Since we operate in a global environment speaking and writing both English and German fluently is key.
