Tasks

What will you be doing as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Prewave?
- You’ll also be a major contributor to expanding and growing Prewave from 40 to 200+ employees globally over the next few years
- You will be able to shape the area of Talent Acquisition based on your experience and ideas
- Initially you’ll be a TA-Allrounder, looking for new Prewaverw across all functions, but as we grow you might want to specialize
- Depending on your interests and experience, you’ll also initiate employer branding activities, contribute to creating a careers website or help to train hiring managers

**Requirements**:

- You are fluent in English and you love to play with language and words to create special job postings
- Inclusion, cultural sensitivity and proactivity are in your DNA
- We believe 3 years of experience in recruitment will be necessary to be successful in this job
