We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Business

If you are passionate about creating a world where everyone has access to on-demand, affordable and flexible mobility, you will be a great fit for our team.

Your aim will be to work together with the team and find a creative solution to build the best team in the region. Diligently working with all the business stakeholders, you will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment from first outreach to close.

goUrban's head office is based in Vienna and we are looking for new team members to join us. You will be part of a newly established Talent Acquisition team empowering goUrban’s international growth

In your role, you will be closely working with our Hiring Managers and the business stakeholders such as the management team and the legal function. Together we are striving to build an appreciating environment that attracts and keeps great talents.

You will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Lead.

**What you’ll get to work on**:

- Partner with the management team to plan and prioritize the hiring needs of the tech units.
- Building a strong relationship with the Hiring Managers and being their guide.
- Finding new ways of attracting talents and growing our business hub in Vienna.
- Leading searches for business roles across all the channels using modern sourcing strategies.
- Researching/mapping the market and following all the new industry trends.
- Managing the ATS and using all the data there to improve our hiring process.

**Requirements**:
**What you’ll bring**:

- Previous experience as a business recruiter.
- Good understanding of how to use different sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Boolean strings, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and team player (no ego).
- You enjoy working in an international environment and speak fluently English.
