Applicions Development and Sales Manager – Biopharmaceutical

As part of our continued growth in NSW and QLD, VFV is seeking a driven and experienced Applications Development and Sales Manager to join our team.
As the Applications Development and Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing tailored solutions for our clients. You will work closely with a small, high-performing team to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B Sales and Key Account Management, preferably in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Strong Technical Background
- Expertise in Biopharmaceutical Biotechnology Sciences, GMP/GxP manufacturing, Manufacturing Sciences and Technologies (MS&T), or a combination of these fields.
- First hand experience working in a cleanroom environment will be highly valued.
- Self-Motivation and Accountability
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to set and achieve ambitious goals.
- The ability to create actionable plans and stick to them to achieve measurable results.
- Agility and Adaptability
