As our Junior Meeting & Events Specialist, you'll be responsible for securing meeting and events bookings with cool companies.

Your day to day consists of closing meeting requests, handling group event enquiries, entering incoming bookings, answering the phone, managing online booking channels, and maintaining email contact with our clients.

You'll be working closely with the Meeting & Events Team and reporting to the M&E Manager.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

No day looks the same as a Junior Meeting & Events Specialist… but here's a glimpse of what you can expect:

  1. The ultimate party planner: You're the go-to person and first point of contact for all things M&E. You love a good chat and have a knack for event planning.
  2. Creating memorable meetings: You're in charge of coordinating everything needed to create unforgettable events.
  3. A networking champ: You'll create and maintain relationships with potential and current accounts while discussing partnership opportunities directly with our Sales Manager.
  4. Keeping things organized: Organization is your middle name. We'll need you to have your admin in check to manage feedback, invoices, and more.

  • Have prior experience working in communication- and reservation-oriented roles, e.g. front office, sales or call center/help desk or events.

A FEW MUST HAVES

  • You have 1-2 years experience in a similar sales function in the hospitality industry.
  • You are an EU resident or have a valid working and residence permit for Austria.
  • You are available part-time (20 hours).
  • You have extraordinarily strong communication and writing skills.
  • You are fluent in both English and German; other languages are a plus.
