Ihre Aufgaben:
  1. Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Einführung und Optimierung von SAP HxM-Lösungen
  2. Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen im Bereich Human Capital Management
  3. Customizing und Anpassung von SAP-Systemen im Bereich HxM gemäß den Anforderungen der Kunden
  4. Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für Anwender und Key-User im Bereich SAP HCM
  5. Dokumentation der durchgeführten Maßnahmen und Lösungen im Bereich SAP HxM
Ihre Qualifikationen:
  1. Abgeschlossene technische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung
  2. Fundierte Kenntnisse und mehrjährige Erfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) in SAP HxM und Sucess Factors
  3. Erfahrung in der Implementierung, Anpassung und Wartung von SAP HxM-Lösungen
  4. Analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz im Bereich Human Capital Management
  5. Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  6. Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und tiefgreifendes Verständnis von HCM-Prozessen
  7. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Wir suchen einen qualifizierten Kandidaten für unsere ausgeschriebene Stelle. Die Mindestbereitschaft zur Zahlung für diese Position beträgt 74.000 Euro. Dies ist jedoch nur der Mindestbetrag und wir sind bereit über eine angemessene Überzahlung zu sprechen, wenn Sie die notwendigen Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen mitbringen, die für diese Position erforderlich sind.
