We are growing and as part of our growth are seeking a proactive and experienced accountant to join our team.

About the Role:
Working closely with the Partners and Managers you will have responsibility for:
- Preparation of BAS and IAS returns
- Preparation of financial statements for companies, trusts, partnerships and associated entities
- Preparation of tax returns
- Tax planning
- Acting as point of contact for a range of clients across industries
About You:
To be successful in this role you will possess the ability to manage a busy workload together with a strong client service focus. You will have the ability to demonstrate your proven accounting experience in providing advisory solutions for clients.
This will include:
- Excellent attention to detail
- An engaging and positive communication style – both from a team and client perspective
- Demonstrated integrity with a professional outlook
- A team focused attitude with a confident and friendly personality
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and identify and resolve problems effectively
- Experience in managing a variety of tasks simultaneously despite changing priorities and requirements
- Current experience with accounting software packages i.e. Xero, QuickBooks Online, Reckon & MYOB
- Current experience with APS Practice Manager and related software will be favourably regarded, however is not essential
- Degree qualification in Accounting, Business or Commerce
- Completed CA program
- Minimum 3 years' accounting experience in a professional services firm
