Business Services Accountant – Senior / Assistant Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Clients advisory and management including clients meetings;
  • Tax planning and structuring;
  • Management reporting;
  • Effective review of workpapers and analysis of clients' data and information;
  • Review and preparation of accounts, tax returns, and business activity statements;
  • Mentoring accountants;
  • Conducting research including preparation of technical position papers and technical training.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Australian tax and accounting experience in an Australian Public Practice;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Understand clients' needs and excellent customer service;
  • Team player and committed to the highest level of professionalism;
  • Hungry for knowledge and willingness to learn;
  • Self-discipline and great work ethics such as honesty and commitment;
  • Preferably CA or CPA;
  • Advanced knowledge of software will be advantageous.
