Are you a skilled Senior Bookkeeper/Accountant looking for a dynamic and rewarding opportunity? We are searching for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in MYOB & AroFlo to work closely with our Managing Director and Office Manager in managing financial operations and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Bank Feed Reconciliation – Ensure seamless and accurate bank reconciliations.
  2. Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable – Maintain smooth cash flow through timely transactions.
  3. Cashflow Management – Oversee financial stability and plan for growth.
  4. Payroll Processing & Management – Handle payroll with precision, ensuring compliance with awards and employee entitlements.
  5. My Leave & Superannuation – Administer leave entitlements and super contributions efficiently.
  6. End of Month Reporting – Generate insightful financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
  7. Weekly & Monthly Creditor Payments – Ensure all payments are processed on time.
  8. Monthly Depreciation – Track asset values with accuracy.
  9. General Accounting Management – Keep financial records in top shape with best practices.
  10. Business Strategising – Partner with the Managing Director to shape financial strategies that drive profitability and expansion.
Key Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Bookkeeper/Accountant.
  2. Proficiency in MYOB & AroFlo. Must have at least 5+ years of MYOB experience. AroFlo or Simpro experience will be a major advantage. Our business is set up and run on AroFlo.
  3. Strong knowledge of payroll processing, superannuation, and employee entitlements.
  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  5. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  6. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Adaptability to a fast-paced, growing environment.
  9. A proactive and enthusiastic mindset, ready to hit the ground running and contribute to a high-performing team.
