Für den Unternehmensstandort im südlichen Wien suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten und erfahrenen Senior Accountant / Country Finance Manager (m/w/d). In dieser Funktion sind Sie Teil des globalen Finanzteams und fungieren als lokaler Ansprechpartner vor Ort für alle Themenbereiche, die das Rechnungswesen und Steuern betreffen.

Für diese abwechslungsreiche Position als Finance Manager / Senior Accountant (m/w/d) wird Ihnen ein Jahresbruttogehalt von 57.000 Euro zzgl. Bonus angeboten, mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung.

Der Einsatzort: Wien
  • Finanzberichterstattung: Fristgerechte Erstellung der Abschlüsse und des Konzernreportings gemäß IFRS sowie den lokalen Vorgaben (UGB, Steuerrecht)
  • Effiziente Rechnungsführung: Gewährleistung effizienter Abläufe und kontinuierliche Verbesserung interner Prozesse
  • Prüfungen und Compliance: Verantwortung für Finanzprüfungen, Berichterstattung an Behörden und Einhaltung aller relevanten Vorgaben
  • Reporting: Bereitstellung relevanter Finanz- und Geschäftsinformationen für sämtliche Stakeholder
  • Projektmanagement und Netzwerkpflege: Durchführung und Mitwirkung an Projekten sowie Pflege eines effektiven Netzwerks innerhalb der lokalen Organisation, der Konzernfunktionen und des Shared Service Centers.
    • Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Accounting oder Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
    • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Accounting und Finanzen, einschließlich Steuerrecht, sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der nationalen (UGB) und internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards (IFRS)
    • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel; wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse in Access und VBA sowie Erfahrung mit SAP-FI
    • Selbstständige, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit ausgeprägtem analytischen Denken
    • Hohes Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit sowie gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
    • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
