For over 25 years, we have provided professional Asian language translation services to government entities and Fortune 500 companies, focusing on B2B client engagement. Working with us means exposure to the latest industry trends, technologies, and global business strategies.

What You'll Do
  • Develop a deep understanding of the translation and localization industry
  • Analyze customer behavior to improve client relationships
  • Manage email strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Participate in online industry events and networking opportunities
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients
  • Build and maintain long-term B2B customer relationships
  • Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads
  • Collaborate with management on client negotiations and contract agreements
  • Maintain CRM records and conduct market analysis to optimize sales strategies
What You Bring
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Fluent German skills (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in English for internal communication
  • Experience living or working in Germany (a plus)
  • Previous experience in the translation industry (advantageous but not required)
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze data and implement strategic sales solutions
  • A proactive, organized, and resilient mindset
  • Quick adaptability and eagerness to learn
