About the role:
Osborne Park Mazda currently has an exciting opportunity for a proven Sales Consultant looking to advance and join our Vehicle sales team in Osborne Park. We are in the enviable position of having plenty of stock, and we encourage you to visit our website to see the quality and quantity of cars we have for sale.
Working closely with the Sales Manager and aiding with factor targets, as well as working with the sales team to achieve their goals, you will also step up to fill the manager role when needed. You will be primarily responsible for guiding clients through the buying process with high-quality service, making them feel like family members and not just customers.
To reach your Monthly Sales Targets, you will need to:
- Be a genuine, friendly, and authentic individual with a passion for customer service.
- Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire).
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments.
- Build relationships with customers and potential customers.
- Listen, understand, and be responsive to customer's needs.
- Know and understand the sales process, including the value of each step.

Prior experience in automotive sales roles will be highly regarded; however, individuals who are passionate salespeople or who have a customer service background are more than welcome to apply.
You will ideally possess:
- Motivation and drive.
- Ability to meet KPIs and targets and perform in high-pressure environments.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- A valid Motor Vehicle Sales Licence.
