Commercial Vehicle Specialist

BAS World is seeking a Commercial Vehicle Specialist to join our team in Austria. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational management of our depot, ensuring all processes are running efficiently and smoothly. This includes managing a team, monitoring quality, and working closely with head office to drive BAS World's growth in Austria.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate, oversee, and optimize all depot activities, including accepting, checking in, preparing, and delivering vehicles;
- Lead the on-site team and ensure efficient work distribution;
- Receive customers professionally and supervise the delivery of vehicles;
- Organize external repairs and coordinate with maintenance partners and export documentation;
- Ensure correct administration and processing of vehicle data;
- Maintain order and cleanliness throughout the depot;
- Add and manage photo and video material for a complete vehicle presentation;
- Collaborate with head office and other depots to optimize processes;
- Coordinate with the workshop and other departments to ensure the technical condition of vehicles.
To succeed as our Commercial Vehicle Specialist, you should have:
- A minimum MBO+/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in logistics, automotive, or a technical field;
- Demonstrable experience in a managerial role, preferably in the automotive, logistics, or technical sector;
- Strong communication skills in German and English;
- Hands-on mentality and a solution-oriented attitude;
- Ability to manage a team and improve performance;
- Customer orientation and experience in working with external parties;
- Willingness to work in Austria for at least one year and be flexibly deployable.
