Associate Product Owner

We are seeking a skilled and driven Technical Product Owner to join an international Scrum team dedicated to enhancing and expanding our technical solutions. In this role, you’ll work on administrative tools, backend services, and platform components, with a focus on ensuring stability, performance, and scalability. Acting as the bridge between business and technology, you’ll represent business requirements within the Scrum team and advocate for technical needs to business counterparts.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis: Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications and actionable user stories. Facilitate understanding and alignment among stakeholders.
- Solution Development: Partner with enterprise architects, solution architects, and developers to design scalable, robust, and strategic technical solutions.
- Agile Delivery: Oversee the product backlog, prioritize features, and guide the delivery of quality components in a Scrum environment. Participate actively in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Contribute to the product roadmap and ensure alignment with stakeholder goals and long-term business strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate progress, manage expectations, and provide visibility across technical and business teams.
- Documentation and Support: Maintain detailed product documentation and provide training as needed to ensure smooth adoption and understanding of solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong technical background with the ability to simplify and articulate complex concepts.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct in-depth analysis and develop actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a bonus).
- Min 3+ years of experience in software product management, preferably in a technical role.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certifications are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with authentication/authorization services or API gateways is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic environments with a focus on continuous improvement.
