Die Comco EPP GmbH mit Sitz in Hallein (AT) ist einer der führenden Hersteller am Sektor Technische- und Hochleistungskunststoffe in Eigenproduktion und sucht ab sofort Spezialist Customer Service / Order Management (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Aufgaben
  • aktive telefonische Kundenbetreuung & technische Beratung
  • Angebotserstellung
  • Auftragsbearbeitung
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen
  • Nachbetreuung, Reklamations- und Retourenmanagement, Stammdatenpflege
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Innen- und Außendienst, Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards
  • Unterstützung der Vertriebsleitung und des Außendienst-Teams
Qualifikation
  • kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, z. B. im Vertriebsinnendienst
  • gut Englischkenntnisse
  • gute MS-Office und ERP-Kenntnisse
  • technisches Interesse/Verständnis
  • Kunden- und Vertriebsorientierung
  • Genauigkeit
  • Organisationstalent

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt (KV Handelsangestellte) für diese Position bei monatlich € 1.672,00 brutto liegt. Wir bieten ein attraktives Gehaltspaket, das sich an aktuellen Marktgehältern orientiert und abhängig von Qualifikation und beruflicher Erfahrung deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgrundgehalt liegt.
