Job Description

As a R&D Project Manager you are responsible for coordinating R&D projects with Firmware, Hardware, Mechanics, Software, Testing and Production departments as well as coordination with the Head of R&D Project Management and Product Management for project prioritisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate R&D projects for developing new products (ESL, infrastructure,…)
  2. Support other departments (Procurement/Production/Quality/Support) with R&D related topics
  3. Support/coordinate development of new products for the ESL market
Qualifications

Education:

  1. University or University of Applied Sciences for electronics or software engineering. Project management (IPMA, Scrum,…) training recommended but not required.

Experience:

  1. Work experience as engineer or technical project manager in the field of software or electronics desirable
  2. Very good written and spoken English and German skills

Skills/Abilities:

  1. Project management skills, software development skills
  2. Co-operative contact with colleagues
  3. Independent style of work, structured, reliable, organized
Additional Information

For the advertised position, a KV minimum basic salary of 3,724.00 euros gross per month applies, with readiness for KV overpayment depending on actual qualifications (for full-time employment).
