Für den Bereich Einkauf suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt am Standort Fürth Unterstützung. Let the fun win.

Bring dich persönlich ein & werde Teil der Trolli Familie:

  1. Du verantwortest den strategischen Einkauf im Bereich Verpackung und unterstützt im operativen Tagesgeschäft mit deinem Know-How.
  2. Die eigenverantwortliche Beschaffung von Verpackungsmaterial (zusammen mit den Werken) ist für dich kein Problem.
  3. Du beobachtest Beschaffungsmärkte und führst Marktrecherchen durch und trägst damit dazu bei, dass wir am Puls des Marktes sind und eine passende Warengruppenstrategie verfolgen.
  4. Die Durchführung von Anfragen inkl. Angebotsvergleichen, Vertragsverhandlungen und Abschluss von (Rahmen-) Verträgen ist für dich kein Problem.
  5. Du bist zuständig für die Bedarfsermittlung und kurzfristige/ langfristige Bedarfsplanung (inkl. Ausschreibungen) und bist verantwortlich für die Budgeterstellung in deinem Bereich.
  6. Du bist sicher im Erstellen von einkaufsrelevanten Auswertungen und hast deine KPIs stets im Blick.
  7. Darüber hinaus wirkst du bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten (primär im Bereich Verpackung) auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene mit.
  8. Administrative Aufgaben wie SAP-Stammdatenpflege, Rechnungsprüfung, Lieferantenbewertungen und das Einholen und Pflege von Freigaben aller QM relevanten Dokumentationen ist für dich kein Problem.

Wir suchen Dich

  1. Du konntest bereits Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise in der FMCG-Branche sammeln.
  2. Du bist ein souveräner Verhandlungspartner mit Know-How im Bereich Vertragswesen, der mit seinem sicheren Auftreten überzeugt.
  3. Ein hohes Maß an selbständiger, strukturierter und zuverlässiger Arbeitsweise zählen zu deinen Stärken.
  4. Du bist fit im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und SAP (R3/ S/4Hana).
  5. Eine gute Mischung zwischen strategischer Herangehensweise und Hands-on-Mentalität runden dein Profil ab.
