Project Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform)In Deinem Job:• leitest Du Projekte ganzheitlich im Bereich Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform – basierend auf unserem COSMO Success by Design Framework.• steuerst Du den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus, inklusive Planung, Ressourcenmanagement, Controlling und Budgetverantwortung gemeinsam mit Deinem Projektteam.• kommunizierst Du professionell mit Kunden, Sponsoren und internen Stakeholdern und vertrittst das Projekt nach außen und innen.• arbeitest Du agil mit Deinem Team, koordinierst Sprints und stellst die Qualität der Ergebnisse sicher – auch durch den Einsatz von KI-Tools. • entwickelst Du Dein Wissen in neuen Technologien und teilst Best Practices im Team. Für ein “perfect match” brauchst Du:• Erfahrung in der Leitung von CRM-/Power-Platform-Projekten und ein abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.• Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Methoden (agil, klassisch), entsprechende Zertifizierungen sind ein Plus.• sichere Anwendung aller Office-Applikationen und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Azure DevOps sowie Power BI.• IT-Affinität und Interesse an neuen Technologien, insbesondere KI und Power Platform, sowie Überzeugungskraft und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.• sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau B2) für die Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld, und fließende Deutschkenntnisse.Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir darauf hin, dass das kollektivvertragliche, monatliche Mindestgehalt je nach Erfahrungsstufe und Qualifikation zwischen 4.485 € und 5.296 € brutto (Vollzeit) liegt.
