Das Team "PMO & Projektmanagement" ist einerseits für die Projektleitung der IKT-Projekte zuständig und anderseits als Projekt Management Office (PMO) für die Koordination des Projektportfolios, sowie die Weiterentwicklung der Projektmanagement-Standards der SVD sowie für verantwortlich.

Deine Aufgaben sind vielfältig:
  • Du leitest eigenständig IKT-Projekte mittlerer Komplexität mit Schwerpunkt auf die Business Services für unsere Kunden auf Basis des SVD IPMA Projektmanagement-Standards
  • Du verfolgst die Projektziele und setzt Maßnahmen, um die Zielerreichung bzw. die Zufriedenheit mit der Zielerreichung sicherzustellen
  • Du führst das Projektteam bestehend aus internen SVD-Mitarbeitern und externen Partnern und leistest dadurch deinen Beitrag zum Projekterfolg
  • Gemeinsam mit den Projektteammitgliedern erstellst du adäquate Projektpläne und bist für die Projektsteuerung zuständig
  • In deiner Verantwortung liegen aktives Projektcontrolling und Change Request Management
  • Die Erstellung managementtauglicher Projektstatusberichte für den Projektauftraggeber und die effiziente Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen zählen zu deinen Aufgaben
  • Du treibst Risikomanagement sowie aktives Stakeholdermanagement und bindest unsere Kunden und Eigentümer BVAEB und SVS ein
  • Du erstellst und pflegst die Projektmanagementdokumentation (Projekthandbuch) deines Projekts nach IPMA-Standard
  • Du hast Interesse, unser neues Projektmanagement-Tool zu erkunden und als einer der Key Users zu fungieren. Dabei unterstützt du die anderen Projektmanager mit deinem Wissen und stehst ihnen als kompetenter Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung.
Das zeichnet dich aus:
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit IT-Schwerpunkt und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Du hast bereits mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Projektmanager im IT-Bereich
  • Du hast vielleicht sogar bereits eine IPMA-Zertifizierung Level C
  • Du hast Freude an Wissenstransfer und kontinuierlicher Weiterbildung und du bist bereit eine IPMA-Zertifizierung als Projektmanager abzuschließen, wenn du noch keine hast
  • Es macht dir Freude in einem Team mit heterogenen Aufgabengebieten zu arbeiten und aktiv mit Kunden zu kommunizieren
  • Persönlich zeichnest du dich durch kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Ziel- und Kundenorientierung aus
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative, Verlässlichkeit und Flexibilität sind für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit

Dein Gehalt hängt in erster Linie von Deiner Berufserfahrung und Kenntnissen ab. Der Form halber beläuft sich das KV-Mindestgrundgehalt bei Vollzeit in Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Vordienstzeiten auf 3950,- bis 5296,- Euro brutto pro Monat (14x). – Kein All-In
