Join the Validation Lighthouse team, where we validate various retail credit risk models, including regulatory and business-driven models, setting and maintaining high standards in model validation and contributing to RBI's model governance.

Your role at RBI
  • You will be responsible for initial and regular validations of all models of selected CEE countries and for the supervision of the validation condition fulfilment.
  • You will contribute to the update and maintenance of the Validation Concepts.
  • You will support the related strategic projects and activities in the RBI Group.
  • You will be part of a great team of knowledgeable and supportive colleagues; individual attention for your optimal working environment and ambitious goals.

Your core competencies
  • You have a University degree in Mathematics, Physics, Economics or in a comparable field with strong quantitative focus.
  • You have multiple years of experience in risk management of a bank, financial institution or consultancy company, including proven practical experience with credit risk model validation or development, preferably in an IRB-compliant institution.
  • You have excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills as well as soft skills to be able to clearly communicate to senior management or regulatory authorities.
  • You have substantial knowledge of CRR, IFRS 9 and related regulatory requirements; experience in translating those into local standards is a plus.
  • You are willing to occasionally travel within CEE and are able to speak with different levels of management and regulatory authorities.
  • You are open to changes, willing to work in an agile setup that is currently being shaped.
  • You are fluent in English.
