**Validation Lighthouse Team Member**Join our team of experts dedicated to enhancing the quality of retail risk models, ensuring compliance, and shaping the future of banking across Austria and 12 CEE countries.You will be responsible for initial and regular validations of all models of selected CEE countries and for the supervision of the validation condition fulfilment.We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong quantitative focus in Mathematics, Physics, Economics or a comparable field.The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience in risk management of a bank, financial institution or consultancy company, with proven practical experience with credit risk model validation or development.They will also possess excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills as well as soft skills to communicate clearly to senior management or regulatory authorities.A substantial knowledge of CRR, IFRS 9 and related regulatory requirements is required, with experience in translating those into local standards being a plus.The role offers flexible working hours, hybrid working possibilities, remote work options, and various benefits, including work permit support, free public transport, and more.We are committed to providing an inclusive and supportive work environment that allows our employees to grow professionally and personally.
