We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Team Leader Project Delivery West to join us in our Operations & Maintenance team in Perth on a full time permanent basis.

Reporting to the Regional Manager - Maintenance Delivery West, you will play a key role in leading the operations and maintenance and project delivery works team, ensuring efficient processes, maintaining equipment, and achieving operational goals. This role requires strong leadership skills and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the operations and maintenance and project delivery works team, setting goals and monitoring performance.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational and maintenance processes.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Coordinate with other departments to achieve operational objectives.
  • Identify and address issues that could impact operations or maintenance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide necessary training.
