Ihre Aufgaben:
  1. Verantwortung für die Umsetzung und Einhaltung der nationalen, EU- und US-Re-Exportkontrollregularien, um einen durchgehenden rechtskonformen Exportkontrollprozess sicherzustellen.
  2. Ansprechperson und Unterstützung bei der Prüfung von Geschäftsvorgängen auf ihre exportkontrollrechtliche Zulässigkeit bzw. Abwicklung von Ausfuhrgenehmigungsverfahren.
  3. Prüfung von Geschäftspartnern nach Sanktionslisten, kritische Endverwendung und Länderprüfung.
  4. Sicherstellen der technischen Klassifizierung von Gütern nach EU-Güterliste und Commerce Control List (CCL) des BIS durch die technischen Spezialisten im Hause.
  5. Gestaltung und Anpassung von Verfahren und Prozessen zu Exportkontrollthemen.
  6. Monitoren von gesetzlichen Änderungen im Bereich der Exportkontrolle und Ableitung neuer Anforderungen - national und international.
  7. Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen zu Exportkontrollthemen auf Basis erstellter und regelmäßig aktualisierter Schulungs- und Informationsunterlagen.
Ihr Profil:
  1. Abgeschlossene technische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit technischem Verständnis für Produkte, vorzugsweise im Bereich Industrie-, Kommunikations- und Infrastrukturanlagen (Studium/HTL/HAK).
  2. Juristische Ausbildung von Vorteil, aber nicht Voraussetzung.
  3. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Exportkontrolle international tätiger Unternehmen von Vorteil, aber nicht Voraussetzung.
  4. Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  5. Sehr gute MS Office- und ERP-Anwenderkenntnisse.
  6. Engagierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit hoher Serviceorientierung.
  7. Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.

Ihr Jahresgehalt richtet sich nach Ihren beruflichen Vorerfahrungen und Ihrer Ausbildung und liegt zwischen € 46.200,- und € 60.200,- brutto pa. auf Vollzeitbasis. Bei entsprechender Übererfüllung der Anforderungen können wir diesen Rahmen individuell anpassen.
