As a product designer, ADDITIVE offers a creative playground with not just one, but a whole system of innovative apps that you can help develop, shape and improve.

The desired start date is immediately or by arrangement.

Location: Lana, Innsbruck

Working method: Presence, Hybrid

Responsibilities
  • Development of complex design systems in relation to our ADDITIVE+ APPS
  • Designing concepts, wireframes, user flow charts and prototypes
  • Designing and publishing high quality user interfaces and product enhancements
  • Actively participate in overall product development strategies and decision-making

We attach great importance to the optimal composition of our teams, which is why we dedicate ourselves intensively to the selection of new employees. The following steps await you as part of our selection process:

  • Review of your submitted data as well as pre-selection
  • First meeting without in-depth technical knowledge in the context of a telephone interview
  • First personal interview to find out more about your personality and to introduce ADDITIVE to you
  • Second in-depth interview with your future supervisor to discuss your professional qualifications and to clarify mutual expectations
  • Assessment day to test your skills and abilities and to give you an overview of your future tasks
  • Agreement on the conditions for working together

In addition, there is the possibility of working in one of the offices in Barcelona, Berlin or Stockholm after a training period.
