JobdescriptionOur client is looking for a passionate engineer to help develop a next generation projekt. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge embedded software that powers high-performance industrial solutions used worldwide.Key Responsibilities:• Design and implement embedded real-time software using modern C++.• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle: requirements, design, coding, testing, and maintenance.• Collaborate with global teams to create common control solutions for multiple applications.• Perform comprehensive testing to ensure reliability and performance.• Provide expert technical support for commissioning and troubleshooting.Qualifications:• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Software Engineering, or a related field.• 2–5 years of industry experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on modern C++ development.• Solid understanding of embedded systems, configuration management, CI/CD, and testing practices.• Basic knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink for control concept validation is desirable.• Familiarity with field-oriented control and grid-connected converters is a plus.• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a global, collaborative environment.• A motivated, creative, and self-organizing team player who loves solving complex challenges.What We Offer:• Work on innovative products that shape industries worldwide.• Enjoy flexible working hours and remote work options.• Be part of an inclusive, supportive environment that values learning and growth• at least 2 - 3 days onsite
