Ihre neuen Herausforderungen, die Sie begeistern:

  • Bearbeitung von Abweichungen (Einleitung von Sofortmaßnahmen, Risikobewertung, Datentrending Ursachenforschung, Bewertung Produkteinfluss) im Bezug auf mikrobiologisches und physikalisches Monitoring
  • Definition von Vorbeuge- und Korrekturmaßnahmen (CAPA) bei Abweichungen
  • Troubleshooting im Fall von mikrobiologischen Problemen sowie Organisation und Durchführung von anlassbezogenen Sonderuntersuchungen in den Produktionsbereichen (mikrobiologische Monitorings, Partikelmessungen, Begehungen, Mitarbeiterbefragungen)
  • Mitarbeiterschulungen betreffend Hygiene und korrektes Verhalten in den Reinraumbereichen sowie Durchführung von Bekleidungsqualifizierungen für den aseptischen Bereich
  • Quality Oversight bei aseptischen Verfüllungen sowie Durchführung von Produktionsrundgängen
  • Auswertung von während der aseptischen Prozesse aufgezeichneten physikalischen Parametern und Erstellung von Abweichungsmeldungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten betreffend Hygiene- und Reinraumthemen
  • Erstellung und Review von Monitoring Trendingreports
  • Erstellung und Überarbeitung von SOPs, Risikoanalysen

Ihr Profil, das uns überzeugt:

  • Abgeschlossene naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (Studium, Fachhochschule, Kolleg)
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil, idealerweise in der Pharma- oder Lebensmittelbranche
  • GMP-Erfahrung in einem FDA lizensierten Unternehmen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie MS-Office
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und selbstständiges Arbeiten
