About This Role

Join CAE's Business Aviation Training Centre as a Facility & EHS Specialist based in Vienna, Austria (Schwechat), working on coordinating all on-site facilities and EHS tasks as required. To ensure the facility is well maintained & meets EHS requirements. Also, to work with the EHS & Facilities Managers and support them as required.

CAE will initially operate six state-of-the-art Full Flight Simulators in Vienna, including the Global 7500, a Global 6000 Vision, and four yet-to-be-announced Full Flight Simulators for business jets from leading manufacturers. The new 8,000-square-metre facility will have space for expansion with a capacity for up to nine Full Flight Simulators and will be purpose-built to deliver the most advanced pilot training experience in Central Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate all facilities functions working in conjunction with our TFM provider & the Facilities manager.
  2. Coordinate EHS functions working in conjunction with the EHS manager to ensure we comply with local and corporate standards.
  3. Coordinate facility upgrades and projects and provide CAPEX cost for future projects.

Our ideal candidate

  1. Must be a fluent German and English Speaker.
  2. 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  3. Must have strong eye for detail and be able to apply themselves to a range of tasks with a reasonably high degree of concentration.
