The Role
As Head of Sales & Corporate Accounts, you will be a key strategic leader, responsible for shaping and executing ProAgni’s sales vision in Australia. You will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and develop strong partnerships across the supply chain. As the business scales, you will build and lead a high-performance sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

The role involves strategic leadership, sales and market growth, team leadership, operational excellence, and critical stakeholder engagement.

To be successful you will be an exceptional sales/solutions provider, be highly passionate, independent but team orientated, and someone who drives proactively results through partnership. All these ingredients are vital.

The Person
We would like to hear from you if:

  1. Have proven success in leading sales growth in the agricultural or animal nutrition sector, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  2. Possess a strong understanding of ruminant nutrition and feed solutions, with deep connections in the feedlot industry and agricultural retail channels (this is essential).
  3. Are an experienced sales leader, comfortable with both new business development (including cold outreach) and long-term client relationship management.
  4. Have successfully built and managed high-performing sales teams, including developing training programs to maximise effectiveness.
  5. Excel at negotiation, account management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring ProAgni remains the partner of choice in the industry.
  6. Have experience representing a company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, including delivering compelling presentations.
